So... a little bored and decided to re-do my LiveJournal header. While I am still absolutely in love with Clois, I think my previous header was way too busy. Probably all the dialogue I tried to cram in at the top.

No idea which floor their office is on, so I just made it the 17th. (Writer’s prerogative. :P) I wrote in present tense simply because I felt like it. Please review, if you are so inclined. ( How on earth are they doing [Smallville] without Lex Luthor? We had a similar situation over here with Robin Hood where for some reason they killed off Maid Marian. It seems a bit daft to me when you know where the story's going and all of the sudden you change it a little bit so it can't get there. )

Soooo... It's my first time going to Comic-Con this year, and suffice to say, I'm getting a little PARANOID. I just want to get things right, and Smallville is my top priority. :D

"Well I'll be one of the ones lurking on the forums waiting for the scoop this year - darnit! My work schedule has got in the way. One tip for any first timers though is DEFINITELY GET THERE EARLY!!! The panel was at the same time in the same room last year and I was there at 8.30am, thinking I'd been there plenty early with two hours to spare only to discover the queue already lapped the room and was snaking back on itself. They may say the doors don't open till nine but that's nonsense. They open them real early and let people in to queue. Also if you only have a Sunday pass or day passes rather than the four day pass, if you visit the conference center the day before in the late afternoon you can get your pass for the next day so you don't have to go through registration before you go to queue. Final tip? The big Smallville/Supernatural bags are given out at the WB stand on the main floor at random points during the day on Sunday so it's worth stalking the stand with an eye out for the arrival of large cardboard boxes...

For comic book fans it's also worth noting Sunday being the last day means early closing and reductions on most of the stands in the afternoon for a few bargains."

Currently writing for the 12days_of_clois community with the prompt staircase. The rough draft is coming along quite nicely. Working on the ending as we speak before I flesh out the beginning and tidy the edges.

Working on the challenge because Free Fall is being a bitch. It doesn't help that I keep watching certain scenes of Doomsday and I want to hit Chloe over the head with something. I am constantly amazed by the stupidity of the SV producers.

In other news, I think Twitter exploded. :P Also, I am simultaneously scanning for For Richer or Poorer. I now have to clean up the scans on Photoshop before I can post them on the site. All in all, I think I've been pretty productive lately. Hmm.

Finally starting to work on Free Fall again. It feels good. :o) I have hit a kind of road block though as Chloe's role was supposed to be larger, but I'm down-sizing it now because of my reaction to Smallville's finale.

Those who have watched it know what I'm talking about. *sigh*

Chloe's still present, of course, but I'm not going to use her as much as I initially planned to. (Or, at least, until my annoyance dies down.)

As for Jimmy. Well, let's just say AA is my Jimmy Olsen. Accept no substitutes.

For those curious about the Free Fall timeline and the future Clark finds himself in, let me break it down for you:
- Everything is strictly canon up until the end of Infamous.
- Post-Infamous, things in my story's world pretty much follow the rest of S8 canon with a bit of a Clois-y twist. I can't get into that too much as it has a great impact on the story. So, basically, events from the show until the end of Injustice are not-as-strictly canon, but still canon, in my story.
- SV's events in Doomsday do not exist in my story. I have my own version of events.
- So, Free Fall can be considered either a Post-Infamous AU or Post-Injustice AU. How, you ask? Well, I'm still figuring that out, so bear with me. XD
- Clark is six years in the future of this timeline. And this is his timeline, though he'll have cause to never be quite sure of that.

Well, that's about it so far. I'm sorry to keep you waiting so long for the next installment, but rest assured, I am working on it! :)

Also, keep the faith in SV! Hard, I know. But I'm trying to be optimistic. :)

I hate you, PS3. I lost faith in you after AoS, and it's nice to know that you don't give a crap about getting any of your credibility back whatsoever.

Why does Smallville have producers who don't know a damn thing about the source material? Forget that. They can't even write a decent story arc and follow through.

The first half of the season was so good and then, the second half... crap. Complete and utter crap. (Minus Hex and Stiletto.)

Wow, weirdest dream ever... I wanted to get it down right away, but I kinda got distracted, and details are already leaving me. But let's see if I can remember. I got this while taking an afternoon nap.
